Form A - What is it and what is it for?

You confirm with form A that you pay the loan instalments with your own money and are therefore the beneficial owner. This means that we comply with the Money Laundering Act.

Determination of the beneficial owner

The term "beneficial owner" refers to the person to whom the contributed assets are economically attributable.
